At Le Prunier, a Northern California based luxury skincare brand, I serve as Customer Experience and Education Coordinator. This encapsulates content creation, event coordination, and production of monthly educational webinars for our spa and retail partners, often bringing my esthetician experience outside of the treatment room. Partnering with our marketing and sales teams to strategize how to best drive sales across multiple channels, I also manage the brand’s Instagram Broadcast Channel, Le Prunier Insiders.
